We meet with you to review all the details and determine the best path forward to achieve your investment property goals. Then, we engage in either providing Hosting Operations for your property or entering into a Leasing Agreement for a specified rental term. With our Hosting Operations, we work as your trusted advisor to increase your property revenue. Our Leasing Agreement works just like a standard rental lease for you.
