Cozy Wooded Escape w/ Firepit & Hot Tub

Escape to a mountain sanctuary on 1.5 wooded acres, just 2 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 5 miles from Asheville's charm and the iconic Biltmore Estate. Unwind in the hot tub, gather around the crackling fire pit, or curl up by the wood-burning fireplace with a good book. The wrap-around porch invites lingering over morning coffee in the fresh mountain air. This 3BR/2.5BA retreat offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, gas grill, and plenty of space to breathe and relax.

As you may know, Asheville was significantly impacted by Hurricane Helene on 9/24. Fortunately, our property was mostly unaffected, with minimal tree damage. We’re up and running, and Asheville’s resilience shines through as the city is thriving once again. Downtown is lively, and the Biltmore Estate remains as stunning as ever. While some sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway are closed further south, there are still plenty of trails and scenic spots to explore in our vibrant community. Come and be a part of Asheville’s recovery!

Our master suite is conveniently located on the first floor, with stairs leading up to a second bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and another with bunk beds. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace inside, or gather around the outdoor fire pit, with plenty of firewood provided for your enjoyment. This home was previously the residence of a local physician who recently retired to the coast.

We just recently installed a Ring doorbell camera, this is not monitored regularly. We have installed primarily for when the property is not occupied for saftey and security purposes.

There is a basement with laundry facilities available upon request.

Owner and manager are available as needed, but are not on property.

Hard to believe this is so close to Asheville on it's own 1.5 acre lot. There is a small guest house at the back side of the property, currently rented long term to one quiet individual.
